Curfew

It is unlawful for a juvenile age twelve (12) and under to be present in any public place or establishment within Blue Earth County, any time between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

It is unlawful for a juvenile age thirteen (13) thru age seventeen (17) to be present in any public place or establishment within Blue Earth County, anytime between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. is unlawful for any minor person under the age of 18 to be on or loiter upon the streets or in public places in the City of Good Thunder between the hours of 9:30 pm and 6:00 am. Unless  accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or going to or coming from work.
