Pet Registration Form
All dogs shall be licensed and registered with the city. Dog licenses shall be issued by the City Clerk upon completion of the Pet Registration Form..
Licenses expire the end of each year and must be renewed. Proof of rabies vaccination must be given at time of applying for license.
In order to maintain a safe and organized community, the city will give you a tag with a unique number that will correspond with your license.
It is important to keep your contact information current with the city, so please visit the clerk-treasurer at 130 S Ewing St. at the beginning of the year or when you get a new dog.
